IRIDOLOGY
Iridology is a method of examining the iris, the coloured part of the eye, to determine information about a patient's overall health level. Iridology is a non-invasive way of understanding genetic predispositions, areas of weakness and where health issues may lay or later develop. Iridologists use a series of charts to map out your eye, taking into consideration the colours, fibers, markings and characteristics present to reveal your current health condition.

NUTRITIONAL AND WELLNESS CONSULTATIONS
Nutritional and Wellness Programs are created and customized for each individual client based on their own unique health needs. This is done through a combination of diet, exercise and lifestyle analysis. Meal plan and weekly or bi-weekly support is also available in person or online.

ONLINE IRIDOLOGY AND NUTRITIONAL CONSULTATIONS
Providing clients the option to have their Iridology or Nutritional Consultations conducted online via Zoom, Facetimes, Skype, or Phone from the comfort and safety of their own homes. Servicing clients in Canada, United States and parts of Europe.

REIKI
Reiki is a form of energy healing that works on physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels. It is an ancient Japanese practice used to restore balance in the body by clearing and opening the Chakras. Benefits include relaxation, aiding of the natural healing process, stress relief and improvement in overall well-being.

YOGA
I was awarded Certification in Yoga Instruction from Tula Yoga in Toronto in 2012. I have pursued further studies in Yoga at the Sivananda Ashram in Bahamas and in Bali, Indonesia. I am experienced in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Pre-Natal Yoga, Kids Yoga, Yoga in Education and Corporate Yoga.
