Christina is an Integrative Health Professional, specializing in Iridology, Nutrition and Yoga Therapy.  She holds an Honours Bachelors Degree from McMaster University, with Continued Studies at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. She studied Iridology with Ann Russell of Essentials Complementary Health Practice in Stoney Creek and has supported hundreds of clients since certification in 2012. Her education in Iridology is influenced by the Bernard Jensen Methodologies, combined with traditional European and Australian Iris Analysis.  

Christina's approach to health includes a variety of comprehensive assessments in order to evaluate the individual as a whole and create customized protocols specific to their unique health requirements.
